Arcadia helps families provide the regular attention, companionship and personal caring supportive services necessary to keep their loved ones at home and healthier longer whether affected by advanced age, a temporary or long term physical or mental disability or recovery from surgery or an illness. Personal caring service is Arcadia's commitment to deliver a service experience that exceeds expectations with competent, trustworthy and reliable caregivers.
In addition to being specially trained to provide support with daily activities of personal care and homemaking, Arcadia's clients can rest assured that its caregivers are thoroughly screened and undergo a complete review of references, credentials and experience including a national criminal background check. Moreover, all are insured/bonded, CPR trained and drug screened.
As a licensed Personal Support Services Agency, Arcadia can tailor a private program to meet specific care needs on an hourly, per diem or live-in rate basis. Arcadia is a contracted provider with the local Area Agency of Aging offices in its service areas under the Options for Community Living, Older American Act, National Family Caregiver Support Program and the TN Home and Community Based TennCare Choices programs. Arcadia also works with long term care insurance carriers as well as assisting clients with securing reimbursement for services under the VA Aid & Attendant Pension program.
